Taiji
Sifu A.K Baynes started his martial arts career in the Japanese style of Goju Ryu Karate where he graded to second dan. He then joined Lee’s Kung Fu school in Fordsburg where he trained directly with Master Malan Aufrigtig in the Hung Gar style of kung fu (1974-1979). After Sifu Malan left South Africa for his native country, Sifu AK joined Master C.M Su to learn Yang Style Taiji. To this day Sifu AK still has contact with Master Su in Taiwan and has represented South Africa in numerous international tournaments in Taiwan.
